Lori Ivany - Transaction Coordinator - Buyer Specialist
Lori Ivany is an integral part of the Linda Holmes Team. The Holmes Team has a huge presence on the internet, advertising on more than half a dozen sites and Lori assures that each properties assets are emphasized to attract as many potential buyers as possible. Lori’s expertise and knowledge of the Holmes Teams Inventory makes her an excellent first contact for a buyer’s inquiry.
Lori and her husband Keith live in the Eastvale area with their three children. Her 18 year old son lives and works in Big Bear, her middle son is active with the Norco Intermediate Band and her daughter is a fledgling Olympic hopeful figure skater. As a cancer survivor, Lori’s compassion is appreciated as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
As part of the Linda Holmes Team , Lori manages each listing, coordinating photographers, printers, and contractors from the moment the property is listed, through to the sale of the property. Lori feels that frequent communication with home sellers and agents is imperative to assure the successful sale of the home.
